The goal of New (F)attitude is to document the journey of getting healthier through actually exercising more and dedicating myself to eating better. I am interested in testing out recipes, reviewing products that are health-related, trying new exercises, and being actively involved in health. I am a Joe Schmo- I’m not an expert, I’m not good at any of these things. I hope you enjoy the blog and are inspired to try some of this stuff yourself.
